Palm Paramee Panchaphalasom is a designer from Bangkok, Thailand, now based in Brooklyn, NY. She recently graduated with a BFA in Furniture Design from the Rhode Island School of Design. Her design practices revolve around personal identity, local way of life, shared experiences, and the power of memory. She aims to move beyond traditional furniture design by integrating more conceptual and interactive elements, engaging not only through physical touch but also through the psychological and emotional dimensions of human-object relationships. Currently, she is pursuing her interest in set and props design and is seeking opportunities to expand her practice on a larger scale into scenic design and fabrication.
